Evenflo will advise owners to inspect their child seat for a tether strap, and Evenflo will mail owners a tether strap with installation instructions, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

Defect: Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Titan 65 child seats with model numbers CS200312198, CS200311198, 3712198, and 3711198. The child seats may have been manufactured without a tether strap.
Safety consequence: A child seat with a missing tether strap may not adequately protect a child in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Evenflo will advise owners to inspect their child seat for a tether strap, and Evenflo will mail owners a tether strap with installation instructions, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 13, 2026. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.
