User Responsibilities

No Warranty

App Features
All features in RecallAlert are provided free of charge, including:
- Browse all recalls with search and filters
- Optional category, keyword, and risk-based alerts
- AI-assisted search and plain-language recall summaries
Intellectual Property
- The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
- Recall data is sourced from public government databases and manufacturer announcements
- User-generated content (saved recalls) remains your property

Push Notifications

- Other government agencies and manufacturer announcements
We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:

- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
